A Muslim march against terror... in Iraq.

I've been lightly posting because I've been scouring the internet for the latest Muslim demonstration against the terrorists who are killing in the name of Islam. I don't mind quasi-apologies, but I prefer they come from organization who haven't had a half-dozen of their members, especially their founder, sentenced to jail for aiding Islamic world terror.

Today, lo and behold, Blackfive reports on a march against Islamic terrorism. Thousands of people showed up with signs, banners and enthusiasm. In what democratic city did this happen? Qayarrah, as in Iraq. Story and photos.

After a terrorist attack, US Muslims can only muster a press release and artificially worry about "reprisals." In Iraq, Muslims are willing make themselves a huge target by demonstrating in huge numbers (how's that for defiance) to protest against the terror that targets their children.

Iraqi's have only had it for a short time, but already they're quite accomplished at exercising freedom. Muslims in the US could take notes.
