Another home sales record despite "worst economy since the depression"

The economy must be deaf. It sure hasn't been listening to a Dem spokesmouth who said:
"No matter how many times George Bush tries to spin his record, the facts remain the same," Mr. Singer said in a statement. "He has one of the worst economic records of any president since the Great Depression and has made foreign policy choices that have left the nation less secure. This speech confirms yet again that a vote for George Bush is a vote for the same policies that have sent America in the wrong direction."
We averted an even larger disaster by electing George Bush than I originally thought - home sales are on pace for another record year, the Dem's failed chance at a "new direction" would seem to infer that they find it unacceptable that record numbers of Americans are able to purchase homes.
