Democrats recommend 'pre-emptive' charge of voter intimidation if none exists.

The DNC recommends charging voter intimidation even if none exists. This 66 page mobilization plan was issued by the Kerry/Edwards campaign.

Spanktuary agrees that intimidation could be a major problem. My Halliburton Newsletter refers to large men packing assault weapons who'll be stationed at polling places across the country. Not only will they be looking for "Kerry-Edwards" bumper stickers, but they can also read minds. Those indentified through visual or super-natural means to be Kerry voters will be intimidated at gunpoint from even entering the polling place.

I gave Karl Rove a call. He said it's looking like a Kerry landslide and the only way Republicans can win is to "get out the intimidation."
